We hope you enjoy your Eclipse Jewelry purchases. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, any brand new product in it's original packaging can be returned and the cost of the item refunded. Returns are accepted up to 14 days after your product is delivered, and in accordance with our return policy as follows:
- The product must have been purchased directly from www.eclipsejewelrydesign.com. For orders placed from an authorized retailer, you will need to follow the authorized retailer’s return policy.
- Prior Authorization is required for all returns. Please contact us for a “Return Authorization Number” (RA #)
- The item must be unused, undamaged, complete with all parts and accessories, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
- We will provide you with a shipping label to place on the package. Please drop off the package at your nearest UPS, FedEx, or USPS location.
- Any shipping and handling charges you paid when you purchased the item are not refundable. We offer free shipping on returns.
Once the return has been authorized and you have been provided with an RA# adhere the provided shipping label to the original box and include your order confirmation/packing list.
Once we have received your package, we will email you a confirmation of your refund. Refunds can take 3-5 business days to process.
